Are you passionate about drone technology and eager to help others master UAV operation and maintenance? At DeltaQuad, We are looking for a new trainer to join our team! We are shaping the future of UAV solutions, providing cutting-edge technology for defense, security, and commercial applications. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs that empower users to operate DeltaQuad UAVs safely and effectively.
Key responsibilities
Your primary mission: Ensure customers and colleagues receive top-tier training on UAV operations, hardware, software and maintenance. With the team of trainers, you will be instrumental in delivering a structured learning experience while continuously improving our training programs.
Deliver Training Programs – Conduct training sessions for customers and internal staff on UAV operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Improve Training Materials – As part of the trainer team, improve the training curriculum.
Ensure Compliance – Align training programs with aviation regulatory standards and ensure all trainees meet safety and operational guidelines.
Adapt Training for Global Markets – Customize training content for different languages, cultures, and regulatory environments.
Provide Technical Support – Act as a knowledge expert to assist customers and sales teams with UAV-related inquiries.
Assess and Certify Trainees – Evaluate trainees' competency levels and provide certifications where applicable.
Stay Ahead of UAV Trends – Continuously update training materials based on the latest industry advancements and customer feedback.
Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with engineering, sales, and support teams to ensure training reflects product updates and customer needs.
What you bring
Strong knowledge of UAV technology, mechanics, and flight operations.
Experience in teaching, training, or curriculum development (preferably in a technical field).
Understanding of aviation regulations and industry standards.
A1/A3 EU drone license required.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
Hands-on experience with UAV assembly, troubleshooting, and field operation is a plus.
A proactive mindset, capable of working independently while thriving in a team environment.
Fluency in English; additional language skills (Spanish, French, etc.) are a bonus.
Willing to travel occasionally for off-site training.
A valid driver's license is required.
Residing in the Amsterdam area and able to commute to the office five days per week.
