Brand & Creative Lead
On a mission
At DeltaQuad, you’ll work on technology that truly matters. As a pioneer in long-range electric VTOL drones (Vertical Take-Off and Landing), we develop robust systems in collaboration with trusted partners, which are deployed across the globe for defence, agriculture and inspection. Our drones are reliable, user-friendly, and built to perform in demanding environments.
We combine technical innovation with a pragmatic mindset. What we do today shapes where we’ll be tomorrow, and you’ll play a crucial role in that journey.

The role
The Brand & Creative Lead is responsible for translating DeltaQuad's mission, corporate positioning and communication strategy into clear creative direction, concepts, formats and high-quality brand output.
Operating at the intersection of advanced technology, defence and security, you will help shape how DeltaQuad presents its brand and technology to government customers, international partners, investors and other key audiences.
You will contribute to the development of our brand strategy and take the lead in bringing that strategy to life creatively. From defining the visual direction for a product launch to improving our brand templates or briefing a freelance designer, you make sure our creative output is distinctive, consistent, credible and professionally executed.
This is a hands-on creative role, combining strategic and conceptual thinking with practical execution and creative production leadership.
Key responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Direction: Help develop our brand strategy and translate our mission, positioning and messaging into clear and distinctive creative direction.
Creative Concepts & Execution: Develop concepts, formats and assets for campaigns, product launches, market entries, events and employer branding.
Brand Consistency: Own and strengthen brand consistency across our marketing and communication channels.
Product Storytelling: Work with Product and technical teams to translate complex technology into clear, accurate and visually compelling communication, ensuring content receives the appropriate internal review where needed.
Creative Leadership: Brief and guide freelance designers, agencies and other creative partners while remaining hands-on where needed.
Creative Operations: Improve guidelines, templates, workflows and production processes to raise quality and make creative output more scalable.
What you bring
Brand & Creative Experience: Strong experience in branding, creative direction or visual communication. Experience working with defence customers or organisations developing complex technology is a plus.
Strong Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating distinctive brand identities, strong creative concepts and their consistent application across different formats.
Strategic + Hands-on: Able to translate brand and communication strategy into creative work and comfortable executing ideas yourself.
Creative Leadership: Experience directing designers, freelancers, agencies or other creative specialists.
Stakeholder Skills: Able to work effectively with Product, Marketing and technical stakeholders and turn complex input into strong creative output.
Quality & Ownership: A sharp eye for detail, high creative standards and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept through delivery.
Professional fluency in English is required.
Who you are
You have a strong creative point of view without becoming precious about your ideas. You can explain why something works, challenge work that isn't strong enough and translate feedback from different stakeholders into a better creative outcome.
You're comfortable working in an environment where not everything is already defined. Rather than simply maintaining an established brand system, you enjoy helping build and improve one.
You bring sound judgement about how to present complex information, balancing creative ambition with technical accuracy, audience expectations and organisational sensitivities.
Most importantly, you know how to balance creativity with clarity. Our products are highly technical and operate in serious environments, so the strongest creative work isn't necessarily the loudest. It makes complex technology understandable, builds credibility and gives DeltaQuad a distinctive and consistent identity.
